Are WellFit.co products vegan/vegetarian?+
Whey Pro contains milk-derived whey protein — not suitable for vegans. Pre-Strike, Creatine HCL, and Creatine Mono are fully vegan-friendly. A plant-based protein formula is currently in development.

Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship to the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and UAE. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We're actively expanding our global delivery network.
How do I track my order?+
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 working days of placing your order, contact us at

What if my order hasn't arrived?+
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, first check the tracking link in your dispatch email. If it shows no movement for 3+ working days, contact our support team and we'll investigate and reship or refund immediately.

What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Products must be unused and in original packaging unless there's a quality issue.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?+

How long does a refund take to process?+
Once we've confirmed your return or issue, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 1–2 days to show the credit.

No minimum commitment whatsoever. The 15% discount and free shipping apply from your very first subscription order. Cancel before your next dispatch date and you'll never be charged again.
